Our signature Butter Mochi - in both vegan and dairy versions - is a Hawaiian confection, similar to steamed Japanese Mochi or Filipino Bibingka, made with coconut cream, eggs, milk, and Mochiko rice flour to give it a distinct chewy, bouncy cake-like texture. The vegan version is made with coconut milk, vegan butter and organic cane sugar.

Primarily Japanese-inspired, though we find inspiration for our creations everywhere!

KAKIGORI: a Japanese style shaved ice treat of very thinly shaved ice with a light, feathery texture, flavored with natural syrups, fresh fruit, and various condiments. A delicious summertime treat!
